GOBBY by user3179163

Format: Commander

Commander: Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a classic mono-red Goblin token aggro deck built to snowball around Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin. The plan is simple: attack with Krenko every turn so he grows in power and shits out an exponential tide of 1/1 Goblin tokens, then pump that swarm with anthem effects like Goblin Chieftain, Goblin King, Patchwork Banner, and Quest for the Goblin Lord to close the game through combat damage. Krenko's primary weakness - no native evasion - is patched with Rogue's Passage, Whispersilk Cloak, and menace/rattlesnake goblins. The deck also carries a second, independent token engine in Krenko, Mob Boss in the 99, plus incidental reach through Siege-Gang Commander, Pashalik Mons, and Boggart Shenanigans. There are no infinite combos; this is a grind-into-critical-mass aggro deck that wins by overwhelming the table with bodies before they can board-wipe.
