Deck overview

This mono-green stompy deck uses Oviya, Automech Artisan to bypass expensive mana costs and cheat colossal creatures directly onto the battlefield as early as Turn 4. With dense 1-mana ramp, the deck reliably casts Oviya on Turn 3 and immediately begins dropping lethal threats like Blightsteel Colossus, Worldspine Wurm, and Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant. Oviya's static ability gives attacking creatures trample, turning large bodies into unblockable lethal clocks. Redundant cheat enablers such as Elvish Piper, Monster Manual, and Defense of the Heart ensure high consistency even if the commander is removed. While the deck boasts explosive combat power and resilient threat density, its game plan is almost purely proactive. It carries minimal reactive interaction and relies on combat damage to eliminate opponents across two response cycles, making it vulnerable to well-timed sweepers and fast non-combat combo strategies.
