New Untitled Deck by Cosmo1

Format: Commander

Commander: Zaxara, the Exemplary

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Sultai X-spell tribal deck is helmed by Zaxara, the Exemplary, a mana engine and token factory rolled into one. The primary game plan is to cast spells with {X} in their cost-hydra creatures, draw spells, or finishers-while stacking +1/+1 counters through doublers like Branching Evolution and Corpsejack Menace. Zaxara's activated mana ability accelerates these X costs, and its triggered ability creates scaling Hydra tokens. The deck can win through overwhelming combat (enormous trampling hydras, unblockable via Herald of Secret Streams), an infinitely-sized Exsanguinate or Villainous Wealth, or the alternative victory of Simic Ascendancy. Infinite mana combos with Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura on Zaxara provide a deterministic path to any X-spell finish.
