Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Naya Equipment Voltron deck designed to maximize Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER. The primary strategy focuses on deploying heavy Equipment early, casting Cloud on Turn 4, and utilizing his enters-the-battlefield trigger to attach high-power armaments for free. Because Cloud has native haste, he immediately attacks to draw cards and generate Treasure tokens if his power is 7 or greater. The deck leverages efficient tutors such as Stoneforge Mystic and Steelshaper's Gift to assemble key equipment packages, including Colossus Hammer, Embercleave, and Hammer of Nazahn. While lacking stack-based interaction, the list features dense low-cost creature exile and tutorable defensive equipment that grant hexproof and indestructible. Secondary threats like Vincent, Vengeful Atoner and Tifa, Martial Artist provide strong backup damage and extra combat phases to close out the game across two response cycles.
