Deck overview

This deck is a Bant snow midrange and land-combo strategy commanded by Isu the Abominable. It leverages dense 1-2 CMC ramp to accelerate into early land tutors and commander deployment. Isu acts as a card-advantage engine by playing snow lands and casting snow spells directly from the top of the library while growing into a potent attacker. The primary win condition focuses on assembling Dark Depths alongside Thespian's Stage or Solemnity to summon a 20/20 flying indestructible Marit Lage avatar on Turn 5. Supported by strong free and cheap counterspells like Force of Will and Fierce Guardianship, the deck protects its combo pieces and closes out games over subsequent combat turns. Additionally, the deck contains an alternate infinite extra-turn loop with Helm of the Host and Timestream Navigator.
