Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis Demon tribal strategy helmed by Be'lakor, the Dark Master. It leverages early mana acceleration and cost reducers like Urza's Incubator, Heartless Summoning, and Herald of Slaanesh to deploy Be'lakor ahead of curve on Turn 5. Upon entry, Be'lakor draws cards proportional to your Demon count, instantly refilling your hand. In subsequent turns, casting heavy Demons triggers Be'lakor's Lord of Torment ability, directing massive burn damage to opposing boards or life totals while establishing dominant flying attackers. The deck incorporates flicker spells like Ghostly Flicker and Displacer Kitten to re-trigger Be'lakor's draw and burn effects. Secondary win conditions include alternate upkeep victories via Liliana's Contract and high-velocity storm turns powered by Bolas's Citadel. While vulnerable to mass removal due to its high curve and limited countermagic, it possesses overwhelming combat and direct-damage closing power once its board stabilizes.
