This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger and burn strategy built around Vivi Ornitier. Vivi serves as both an escalating burn engine and a potent mana generator, gaining +1/+1 counters and pinging every opponent whenever a noncreature spell is cast, while tapping for mana equal to its power once per turn. The deck sequences low-cost cantrips and interaction to rapidly inflate Vivi's power and refund mana.
