Deck overview

This deck leverages Kilo, Apogee Mind as an aggressive, tempo-positive proliferation engine in the command zone. Supported by low-cost charge-counter rocks like Everflowing Chalice and Pentad Prism, Kilo enters on turn 3 or 4 and immediately attacks to proliferate counters across your battlefield. The strategy builds rapidly toward wide, tall artifact boards using counters from Steel Overseer, Hangarback Walker, and Threefold Thunderhulk. Payoffs culminate around turn 6 with mass combat finishes from Cyberdrive Awakener or asymmetric end-step damage from Lux Artillery. While resilient in re-establishing its engine after single-target removal, the deck relies heavily on permanent-based battlefield presence and lacks targeted tutors, making it vulnerable to well-timed artifact sweepers like Farewell or Vandalblast.
