Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is an artifact-counter deck built to turn every tap into an extra proliferate. Kilo attacks aggressively and, with Aura of Dominion and Pentad Prism, becomes an unbounded tap/untap engine that can fill any counter-based win condition. The primary finishes are Darksteel Reactor and Lux Artillery; Cyberdrive Awakener plus Alibou, Ancient Witness gives a fast combat backup. Secondary play uses Thrummingbird, Surge Conductor, Patrolling Peacemaker, and Cayth, Famed Mechanist to grind counters while Jhoira and Emry supply velocity. There is no hidden commander; Kilo is both the accelerator and the loop engine.
