Deck overview

This deck is a Boros midrange strategy built around Quintorius, History Chaser. The core game plan focuses on discarding cards, milling resources, and triggering Quintorius's static ability whenever cards leave the graveyard to produce an army of 3/2 Spirit creature tokens. Support cards like Squee, Goblin Nabob, Containment Construct, and Serra Paragon repeatedly trigger this token generation. The deck converts card advantage and recursion into combat pressure, utilizing anthem effects, Hofri Ghostforge, and Quintorius's −4 loyalty ability to grant Spirits double strike and vigilance for decisive attacks. Interaction includes premium white removal spells like Swords to Plowshares and asymmetric sweepers like Tragic Arrogance. While the deck recovers well from creature removal through built-in recursion, it lacks counterspells to contest non-permanent combos on the stack and remains vulnerable to dedicated mass graveyard exile effects.
