Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. leads a five-color Hero tribal deck that wins by turning a wide board of modified Heroes sideways. The commander's power-up is the primary engine: once WUBRG is available, it puts two +1/+1 counters on Nick Fury and cheats a Hero, Equipment, or Vehicle from the top seven cards into play, with the option to transform double-faced cards. Secondary paths are counter-based combat (Captain America, Team Leader; Miles Morales; Captain Marvel) and attack-trigger card advantage (Director Nick Fury, Black Widow, Avengers Assemble!). Director Nick Fury acts as a hidden commander, reducing Hero costs and drawing cards on attack. The deck has no infinite combos; it closes through anthem effects, double strike, and flying.
