Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir reanimator, clone, and flicker strategy commanded by Superior Spider-Man. The primary plan leverages early self-mill, discard, and targeted graveyard tutors like Buried Alive and Entomb to fill the graveyard with high-impact creature targets. On Turn 4, Superior Spider-Man enters as a 4/4 copy of any graveyard threat, immediately capitalizing on devastating enter-the-battlefield abilities from cards like Archon of Cruelty, Agent of Treachery, and Mulldrifter. The deck transitions rapidly from asymmetric value into game-ending pressure using mass reanimation like Living Death and flicker engines like Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Displacer Kitten, and Ghostly Flicker. Victory is achieved either through crushing attrition or a decisive infinite mana and drain loop pairing Deadeye Navigator with Peregrine Drake and Gray Merchant of Asphodel. With robust engine recovery from the graveyard and strong redundancy across reanimation and blink enablers, the deck remains resilient against removal while executing a compact, high-velocity mid-game finish.
