This Izzet deck is a spellslinger and graveyard burn strategy commanded by The Emperor of Palamecia. The early game focuses on casting the commander on Turn 2 and chaining 4-mana noncreature spells such as Fact or Fiction, Big Score, and self-mill enablers like Traumatize and Cut Your Losses.
