Deck overview

This deck is a Jund midrange combat and reanimation deck led by Eddie Brock // Venom, Lethal Protector. The strategy revolves around deploying early utility creatures and ramp, casting Eddie Brock, and investing six mana to transform him into Venom. Upon transforming, Venom gains haste, menace, and trample, attacking immediately to sacrifice a creature. This attack trigger draws cards equal to the sacrificed creature's mana value and cheats a permanent of equal or lesser cost directly onto the battlefield. The deck leverages this free mana and card velocity to deploy massive threats like Absorbing Man and Titania, Red Hulk, Rhino, Barreling Brute, and Grave Pact. Backing this primary engine is a deep reanimation suite including Reanimate, Prison Break, Behold the Sinister Six!, and The Soul Stone, allowing the deck to recover quickly from board wipes and close games through overwhelming combat damage across sequential turns.
