Deck overview

This is a four-color counters-and-proliferate midrange deck helmed by Atraxa, Praetors' Voice. The plan is to deploy +1/+1 counter engines and a dense proliferate package, grow a board of huge threats, and close through combat - with a compact poison subtheme (Grafted Exoskeleton, Ichor Rats, Tainted Strike, Prologue to Phyresis) that proliferate accelerates into an alternate clock. Atraxa is one proliferate engine among many, backed by Flux Channeler, Inexorable Tide, Evolution Sage, Ezuri, Stalker of Spheres, and Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus for doubled proliferates. Counter doublers like Hardened Scales, Conclave Mentor, Kami of Whispered Hopes, Loading Zone, and The Earth Crystal supercharge growth, while Herald of Secret Streams and Odric, Lunarch Marshal turn the board lethal. The deck wins through incremental inevitability rather than speed or combo.
