Deck overview

This deck is an enchantment-based control strategy commanded by Lynde, Cheerful Tormentor. It slows down the game through targeted Curses, goad mechanics, and recurring attrition before draining opponents out of the match. Early turns establish mana acceleration with artifact rocks and low-cost Curses such as Curse of Opulence and Curse of Verbosity. On turns 4 and 5, the deck deploys Lynde and critical engines like Curse of Misfortunes. Misfortunes searches up powerful Curses each upkeep, combining damage multipliers like Curse of Bloodletting with drain effects like Curse of Thirst and Curse of Fool's Wisdom. Constellation payoffs including Thoughtrender Lamia and Doomwake Giant systematically strip opposing hands and clear small creatures. The deck protects itself with flexible countermagic and removal while using Lynde to recycle destroyed Curses. It closes the game by overwhelming opponents with stacked upkeep damage, Zombie armies, and asymmetric disruption.
