Talion's Replicas 🪞 by user7324752

Format: Commander

Commander: Talion, the Kindly Lord

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Dimir control deck uses Talion, the Kindly Lord to establish an oppressive card-advantage engine and life-drain tax. By predicting common mana costs like one, two, or three, you punish opponents for simply playing Magic while keeping your hand full of reactive interaction. You amplify this tax effect using legendary-bypassing clone effects such as Sakashima of a Thousand Faces, Spark Double, and Roaming Throne to name multiple numbers simultaneously. The primary win condition is assembling the infinite mill and drain loop of Bloodchief Ascension and Mindcrank, backed by auxiliary drain finishers like Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Painful Quandary, and Wound Reflection.
