Format: Commander

Commander: Ureni of the Unwritten

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ureni of the Unwritten leads a Temur dragon-cheat deck. The primary plan is to ramp into her quickly, then use her enter/attack triggers to dump expensive dragons directly from the top of the library. A dense package of flicker effects and Conjurer's Closet adds extra triggers, while haste from Dragon Tempest or Temur Ascendancy lets the cheated dragons attack immediately. The deck wins through overwhelming combat, often exploding into a lethal swing via Atarka, World Render, Thrakkus, and Scourge of the Throne. Ureni, the Song Unending and Dragonlord Atarka serve as high-end cheat targets that also supply removal or a massive fire-breathing effect.
