Deck overview

This deck is a non-green (WUBR) Superfriends strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The game plan revolves around deploying early defensive barriers and mana acceleration on Turns 1–3, casting Jace or mid-cost planeswalkers on Turns 4–5, and establishing a commanding planeswalker engine by Turn 6. Defensive cards like Tomik, Orzhov Lawmage, Onakke Oathkeeper, Norn's Annex, and Jace's built-in combat tax deter opposing attacks and protect your walkers from combat damage. Once stabilized, multipliers like Oath of Teferi and The Chain Veil accelerate loyalty abilities to generate insurmountable card advantage, sweep opposing boards with asymmetric planeswalker removal, and burn opponents out with Chandra, Legacy of Fire, Commodore Guff, and Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God. While vulnerable to mass nonland sweepers and reliant on several turn cycles to close out games, the deck possesses high recovery and redundancy across its 21 planeswalkers.
