Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Artifact Reanimator strategy piloted by Mishra, Tamer of Mak Fawa. The primary game plan revolves around pitching massive artifact threats into the graveyard during the early turns using efficient rummage and entomb effects like Thrill of Possibility and Buried Alive. Once Mishra enters the battlefield on Turn 5, he grants every artifact in the graveyard unearth for {1}{B}{R} while shielding your board with a punishing Ward-Sacrifice tax. Starting on Turn 6, the deck unleashes overwhelming combat pressure by unearthing threats like Cityscape Leveler, Triplicate Titan, and Phyrexian Triniform with haste, destroying opposing blockers and nonland permanents on attack. Backup cheat engines such as Sneak Attack and Wire Surgeons provide resilience against commander removal. The deck consistently closes games by Turn 8 through relentless combat damage and artifact token swarms.
