Deck overview

This Boros list is a Stax Aggro deck built around Winota, Joiner of Forces. The primary game plan accelerates out low-mana non-Human enablers like Ornithopter, Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, and Skrelv, Defector Mite on Turns 1 and 2, followed by deploying Winota on Turn 2 or 3 using fast mana rocks. When these non-Humans attack, Winota digs six cards deep per attacker to put impactful Human creatures directly onto the battlefield tapped, attacking, and indestructible.
