Deck overview

This deck is a high-power mono-black combo build led by K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth. The core strategy focuses on deploying K'rrik ahead of curve using efficient mana rocks and rituals, then leveraging his Phyrexian mana conversion ability to pay life instead of black mana for spells and abilities. This tempo surge allows the deck to quickly deploy redundant two-card infinite drain loops, pairing Exquisite Blood or Bloodthirsty Conqueror with Sanguine Bond or Enduring Tenacity. When triggered by an attack, extort trigger, or drain spell, these permanents initiate an infinite loop that eliminates all three opponents simultaneously. The deck supports this game plan with targeted creature removal, reanimation-based protection for K'rrik, and big-mana lands like Cabal Coffers that provide strong late-game redundancy.
