Commander: The Thirteenth Doctor and Yasmin Khan

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

The deck is a paradox/cascade value engine. Its two commanders work together: The Thirteenth Doctor grows a counter-train and untaps it every end step, while Yasmin Khan exiles a card each turn and lets you play it, triggering every 'cast from anywhere other than your hand' payoff. The primary plan is to set up that engine, then bury opponents with cascading threats like Apex Devastator, Maelstrom Wanderer, and Etali. The main finishing lines are compact combos: Bigger on the Inside on Staff of Domination generates infinite mana and draws the library; Underworld Breach with Lotus Petal and Brain Freeze mills everyone. There is no hidden commander. Without the commanders, the engine slows, but the combo packages still function independently.
