Commander: Dungeon Delver and Rasaad yn Bashir

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Azorius midrange deck pairs Rasaad yn Bashir with the Dungeon Delver Background to convert high-toughness bodies into a combat engine while racing through dungeons. The plan seizes the initiative early, doubles dungeon room triggers, and attacks with Rasaad to double toughness across the board so low-power walls and value creatures hit like trucks. A dense monarch and pillowfort package (Court of Grace, Propaganda, Ghostly Prison) buys time and generates flyers while the dungeon package (White Plume Adventurer, Nadaar, Selfless Paladin, Hama Pashar, Ruin Seeker) snowballs card advantage and tokens. Secondary paths include toughness enablers Baldin, Century Herdmaster and Plagon, Lord of the Beach, plus selective wipes that spare the deck's low-power board. The deck wins through attrition combat rather than combos, leveraging unblockability from Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive, Delney, Streetwise Lookout, and Midnight Pathlighter.
