Deck overview

This is a high-power mono-blue artifact combo deck helmed by Urza, Lord High Artificer. The plan is to flood the board with cheap mana rocks, cast Urza to convert every artifact into blue mana and a growing Construct army, then assemble compact infinite-mana lines. Primary wins route through Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal, Power Artifact on a monolith, and bounce engines with Hullbreaker Horror or Tidespout Tyrant, finishing via Aetherflux Reservoir or decking with Urza's dig. A dense counterspell suite and selective stax (Winter Orb, Static Orb, Trinisphere, Land Equilibrium) protect the window and slow the table. Urza is a powerful mana and value engine but is not required for the core combos living in the 99; the deck still executes as a pure artifact pile if he is answered.
