Tergrid by xsam420x

Format: Commander

Commander: Tergrid, God of Fright // Tergrid's Lantern

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Drafted around Tergrid, God of Fright (front face), this mono-black deck forces discard and sacrifice to steal permanents while draining life. The back face, Tergrid's Lantern, is a fallback mana sink if the creature is removed or when a direct drain is needed. The shell combines The Raven Man, Waste Not, Megrim, Court of Ambition, and sacrifice enforcers like Grave Pact to convert every forced discard or death into cards, mana, tokens, and damage. It can also win through massive black mana (Cabal Coffers, Crypt Ghast) into a large Drain Life or a flood of stolen permanents. No hidden commander; Aclazotz and Syr Konrad are support, not alternate generals.
