Deck overview

This is a mono-blue spellslinger/copy deck helmed by Orvar, the All-Form, built around the commander's signature trigger: every instant or sorcery that targets a permanent you control creates a token copy of that permanent. The deck runs an enormous density of one-mana cantrips and targeting tricks (Twiddle, Dream's Grip, Cerulean Wisps, Leap, Twisted Image) that both cantrip and multiply your lands and value pieces. The primary plan is to snowball mana by copying Islands, then pivot into an exponential board of Council of Reeds tokens (each buffed by Mirror Box) or a kicked Rite of Replication on Auton Soldier for a myriad-fueled lethal swing. A secondary infinite-mana line exists via Isochron Scepter imprinting Twiddle or Dream's Grip, generating unlimited land tokens and mana. The deck wins through overwhelming combat presence and card advantage rather than a compact combo kill.
