Frogs by Thiqqmeister

Format: Commander

Commander: Clement, the Worrywort

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Simic deck helmed by Clement, the Worrywort is a value-oriented Frog tribal +1/+1 counter strategy. The primary game plan involves deploying cheap frogs, leveraging Clement's ETB bounce to reuse enters-the-battlefield triggers, and accumulating +1/+1 counters through effects like Hardened Scales and Branching Evolution. The deck wins through incremental combat damage, the altar win condition Simic Ascendancy (20 growth counters), or the explosive Twenty-Toed Toad (20 counters or 20 cards in hand). Clement's ability to untap frogs and grant mana also accelerates the board, but the deck's real strength lies in its redundant value engines and bounce synergy rather than a fast combo finish.
