Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Sultai combo deck helmed by Zaxara, the Exemplary. The primary strategy focuses on deploying early mana acceleration on Turns 1 and 2 to cast Zaxara on Turn 3. On Turn 4, the deck attaches an untap Aura like Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura to Zaxara, generating infinite mana of every color. This infinite mana is immediately channeled into game-ending outlets, predominantly Torment of Hailfire to drain all opponents of life and permanents, or Finale of Devastation to tutor all creatures with infinite power and haste for a same-turn combat kill. In games where the combo is delayed, the deck transitions into a potent midrange value engine, leveraging draw engines like Terrasymbiosis, Danny Pink, and Hydroid Krasis to create massive Hydra tokens and overwhelm the board, while maintaining a robust interaction suite of counterspells and efficient removal.
