Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Izzet Spellslinger Combo strategy commanded by Vivi Ornitier. The primary game plan revolves around enchanting Vivi with a damage-trigger draw effect such as Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout. Because Vivi deals 1 damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell, every spell cast draws three fresh cards. This massive card flow fuels a storm turn using free artifacts and 1-mana cantrips. As Vivi accumulates +1/+1 counters, its activated ability generates a burst of red and blue mana, allowing you to sustain the chain and burn out the entire table in a single turn via Vivi's damage, Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, or Jaya's Immolating Inferno. If Vivi is unavailable, Niv-Mizzet, Parun provides a lethal two-card infinite combo with the same auras. The deck is supported by efficient low-cost interaction, protection pieces like Clout of the Dominus, and high-velocity card selection.
