Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis Spellslinger Combo build commanded by Cormela, Glamour Thief. It leverages Cormela's mana acceleration and death recursion alongside an array of efficient cantrips, draw spells, and burn pings like Coruscation Mage and Thunderdrum Soloist. The deck navigates the mid-game by sculpting its hand with Expressive Iteration, Fact or Fiction, and Gifts Ungiven, while answering dangerous threats with flexible interaction. Its definitive win condition centers on the compact Dualcaster Mage and Twinflame infinite token combo, converting five mana into an immediate, lethal combat swing across the table. Supported by countermagic such as Delay and protection from Lazotep Plating, the deck reliably threatens game completion around turn 6.
