Lathril by Beanieweenees

Format: Commander

Commander: Lathril, Blade of the Elves

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a classic Golgari Elf tribal token-swarm deck helmed by Lathril, Blade of the Elves. The plan is to flood the board with Elf tokens - Lathril's combat trigger plus token makers like Imperious Perfect, Elvish Warmaster, and Presence of Gond - then finish either by tapping ten Elves for Lathril's 10-life drain or by crashing in with overrun effects (Craterhoof Behemoth, Overrun, Finale of Devastation). Anthems (Banner of Kinship, Coat of Arms, Dwynen, Gilt-Leaf Daen) and +1/+1 counter synergies (Hardened Scales, Primal Vigor, Evolution Sage, Rishkar, Peema Renegade) turn the swarm lethal. Secondary wins include Shaman of the Pack's life loss and Finale of Devastation tutoring Craterhoof for a one-shot kill. It is a midrange tribal deck with no infinite combos, relying on board presence and combat inevitability.
