Deck overview

Killian, Decisive Mentor is a compact three-mana Orzhov engine that turns every enchantment into a removal-adjacent political tool: each one taps and goads a blocker, while attacking with Aura-clad creatures draws cards. The deck is an enchantress/Aura beatdown build with a strong goad subtheme. It wins by curving early enchantress draw into a critical mass of Auras, then finishing with Eriette of the Charmed Apple's end-step life drain, oversized Aura threats like Eidolon of Countless Battles and Herald of Amity, and evasive token beats from Archon of Sun's Grace and Forum Filibuster. Killian, Ink Duelist acts as a hidden second commander, making multi-Aura turns cheap. Goad auras and the Impetus cycle pull opponents into attacking each other, while Ghostly Prison, Inkshield, and Eriette of the Charmed Apple keep your own life total safe. There is no infinite combo; victory is incremental, with the back face of Eiganjo Dynastorian // Replenish as the panic-button recovery spell.
