Format: Commander

Commander: Lazav, Wearer of Faces

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Dimir graveyard-reanimator control deck with an instant Thoracle finish. Lazav, Wearer of Faces acts as a repeatable copy engine: attack triggers exile a card from a graveyard and make a Clue, then sacrificing the Clue turns him into a copy of that card. Reanimation spells let the deck cheat Archon, Toxrill, or Razaketh into play early. The hidden commander is Phage the Untouchable, which Lazav can copy from the graveyard to eliminate one player. The fastest and cleanest win is tutoring Thassa's Oracle plus Demonic Consultation, while the reanimation and copy plan provides a strong midgame fallback.
