Bruce Banner-Hulk

Format: Commander

Commander: Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk is both draw engine and finisher. The front face draws cards for {X}{X}, and Training Grounds or Biomancer's Familiar makes that draw cheap; the back face is an 8/8 trampler whose enrage grants untap and extra combats when Caltrops pings it. The deck accelerates with one-mana dorks and Sol Ring/Ancient Tomb, tutors for either the Hulk/Caltrops loop or Kinnan + Basalt Monolith, and finishes with Walking Ballista. Moonmist skips the six-mana transform. Protection spells and counters protect the critical first attack. The main weakness is that only Gamble can tutor the artifact combo pieces.
