Deck overview

This deck is a classic Grixis group-slug strategy helmed by Nekusar, the Mindrazer. The plan accelerates into Nekusar or redundant draw-punishers like Underworld Dreams and Fate Unraveler, then chains symmetric wheel effects like Windfall, Dark Deal, and Whispering Madness to deal lethal burn across the table. Each wheel strips opposing hands, refills your resources, and triggers massive cumulative damage. Supporting elements like Harmonic Prodigy and Wizard's Staff double Nekusar's triggers, while Notion Thief and Teferi's Puzzle Box offer asymmetric locks that deny opponents resources. Efficient countermagic, targeted removal, and board wipes protect your life total and disrupt opposing win attempts while your engine burns the table to zero.
