Deck overview

Eshki, Temur's Roar commands an explosive Temur high-power stompy and burn engine designed to convert oversized, undercosted creatures into simultaneous card advantage, commander growth, and table-wide noncombat damage. By exploiting creatures with power 6 or greater at bargain casting costs—such as Phyrexian Soulgorger, Dreamtide Whale, Pugnacious Hammerskull, and warp or evoke threats like Bygone Colossus—Eshki triggers on cast to draw cards and burn every opponent for damage equal to her expanding power. Supported by explosive creature-based mana engines in Gwenna, Eyes of Gaea, Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, and Fanatic of Rhonas, the deck transitions seamlessly from early ramp to chaining multiple massive beaters per turn. Multipliers like Roaming Throne, Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, and Sarkhan's Unsealing accelerate the burn clock while sweeping opposing boards. The deck establishes its operational core by Turn 4, presents a must-answer lethal onset on Turn 5, and reliably closes the game on Turn 6 through overwhelming trample combat and unavoidable direct burn.
