Deck overview

This Grixis deck is an asymmetric discard and wheel attrition engine piloted by Kefka, Court Mage. The strategy focuses on accelerating into Kefka or key enchantments by Turn 3-4, then unleashing mass-discard and wheel effects like Dark Deal, Windfall, and Wheel of Misfortune on Turn 5. Discard punishers such as Liliana's Caress, Megrim, and Waste Not convert opposing hand losses into heavy life drain, Zombie token armies, and mana bursts, while Archfiend of Ifnir asymmetrically clears opposing creature boards. The commander provides reliable card replenishment on entry and attack, keeping your hand refueled while opponents are forced into topdeck mode. The deck does not run infinite combos or nonland tutors, relying instead on high functional redundancy and raw card velocity. Once opponents are stripped of resources, the deck steadily finishes the table across two response cycles via repeated burn triggers, Tinybones, Trinket Thief, reanimation with Living Death, or a scaled Exsanguinate on Turn 7.
