Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier commands a fast Izzet spellslinger storm deck that converts cheap noncreature spells into lethal burn damage and explosive mana bursts. Each spell cast places a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and deals 1 damage to every opponent. Vivi can then tap for free during your turn to generate colored mana equal to its power. The deck pairs this engine with Curiosity and Tandem Lookout, drawing three fresh cards for every spell cast to fuel continuous storm turns. Redundant pingers like Guttersnipe and Fiery Inscription rapidly amplify damage output, while Birgi, God of Storytelling and Storm-Kiln Artist provide endless mana velocity. The list consistently assembles on Turn 4 and closes the game on Turn 5 through storm burn, Grapeshot, or Crackle with Power.
