Deck overview

Greymond, Avacyn's Stalwart is a wide-board Human commander who turns a modest token army into a lethal combat force by giving Humans first strike and lifelink, then +2/+2 once four or more Humans are in play. The deck plays tempo Humans, attack-multiplying token engines like Adeline and Myrel, and heavy protection spells. Its default path is a mid-game alpha strike with Moonshaker Cavalry or a big Akroma's Will turn. Aetherflux Reservoir adds a life-gain escape line, while Hanweir Militia Captain // Westvale Cult Leader acts as a hidden secondary commander by scaling and burying tokens over time.
