The Fantastic Four (Marvel Super Heroes Commander Precon Decklist) by Stitchitweird

Format: Commander

Commander: Human Torch

Bracket: 2

DeckCheck Threat Index: 15

Deck overview

This deck uses Human Torch as a combat finisher for a broad legendary-creature and noncreature-spell shell. The intended pattern is to ramp, cast Human Torch, cast a noncreature spell before combat, and pay {R}{G}{W}{U} when he attacks. That spreads damage to the table, but the base damage is too low to produce a reliable critical onset. The deck also contains strong value engines such as Whirlwind of Thought, Valeria Richards, Precocious, and Mister Fantastic, plus a possible token burst from The Fantasticar. These cards improve favorable draws but are not consistently assembled with the commander, protection, and required mana. Interaction is broad but mostly sorcery speed, while protection is limited and singleton. The result is a functional casual-to-mid-power combat spellslinger deck with normal ramp, useful board control, and a slow, exposed win route rather than a compact combo or lock deck.
