Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Big Mana Polymorph strategy piloted by Nissa, Leyline Tamer. The game plan focuses on rapid mana development using efficient 0–2 CMC rocks, Talismans, and Signets to cast Nissa on Turn 4–5. Upon entering, landfall triggers cheat enormous, game-warping Praetors and Angels directly from the library onto the battlefield while drawing cards. Flipped threats like Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant, and Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite lock opponents out of resources and suppress opposing boards. The deck supports this aggressive deployment with a comprehensive defensive and reactive suite featuring free countermagic such as Fierce Guardianship, Deflecting Swat, and Force of Will, alongside total board protection like Teferi's Protection and Clever Concealment. Backed by redundant polymorphing through Jace, Multiverse Architect and reanimation lines, the deck rapidly overwhelms the table, closing games on Turn 7 via unstoppable combat damage boosted by Akroma's Will or Purphoros, God of the Forge.
