Deck overview

Lady Loki, Agent of Chaos is a mono-red exile-value deck that turns cheap instants and sorceries into free big spells. You cast a one-mana cantrip like Crimson Wisps or Expedite as your first spell each turn, trigger Lady Loki to exile the top of your library until you hit a nonland, burn each opponent for the mana value difference, and cast that card for free. The deck loads high-mana Eldrazi, Blightsteel Colossus, and Portal to Phyrexia to hit. Secondary paths ramp with rituals and Treasures to hard-cast threats, or steal wins with Insurrection. Nalfeshnee and Nico Minoru act as hidden commanders that double exile casts and add burn.
