Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Boros aggro shell centered on Dwarf tribal, Equipment, and the Storied mechanic. Helmed by Thorin Oakenshield, the deck aims to rapidly drop low-cost Dwarves, legendary permanents, and artifacts during the opening turns to trigger an enduring story. Once Storied is online, Thorin grants passive ward {1} to all creatures and artifacts, shielding the board from spot removal while utility Dwarves such as Reyav, Master Smith, Depala, Pilot Exemplar, and Bifur, Melodic Rider buff the team. Card selection relies on rummaging and combat triggers rather than heavy tutoring. The deck applies consistent pressure starting around Turn 6, scaling wide boards into lethal combat swings using team buffs like An Unexpected Party // At the Door and burn from Balin, Loremaster. While resilient against single-target interaction, it remains vulnerable to sweepers.
