Deck overview

Rocco, Street Chef provides a repeatable shared-exile value engine: at each end step, every player receives a temporary card, and each card played from exile creates a Food and a +1/+1 counter. The deck builds on that trigger with Academy Manufactor, which multiplies each Food into a Food, Clue, and Treasure, and with payoffs such as Reckless Fireweaver, Ingenious Artillerist, Baylen, the Haymaker, and Chocobo Knights. Ramp is good for a three-color casual deck, and the list has useful tutors, removal, recursion, and protection. Its main weakness is that the commander engine does not itself draw cards or win the game. The artifact payoffs need several permanents and repeated exile plays, while the combat plan needs time and a board. The deck can create a strong snowballing advantage around turn 8, but no reliable all-opponent finish or total lockout is supported.
