Deck overview

This Jeskai midrange deck utilizes the Partner commanders Atreus, Impulsive Son and Kratos, Stoic Father to build an escalating counter and burn engine powered by God tribal synergies. Kratos accumulates permanent experience counters whenever Gods attack or die, converting them into +1/+1 counters each end step. Atreus weaponizes these counters to draw cards and burn the table. The 99 features a high density of legendary Gods with innate indestructible and combat keywords, supported by efficient proliferate spells like Tezzeret's Gambit and Metastatic Evangel to rapidly scale experience counters. Payoffs such as All Will Be One, Purphoros, God of the Forge, and Otharri, Suns' Glory turn counter generation and creature deployment into direct damage. Supported by efficient Jeskai interaction and reactive protection like Ripples of Potential and Akroma's Will, the deck transitions from an early board setup into an overwhelming midgame clock that closes through combined combat and noncombat damage.
