Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul artifact-midrange strategy that leverages Aerid Konstrari to establish an expanding base of Heartwood mana tokens. Early turns focus on establishing mana ramp and artifact-synergy permanents like Sarinth Steelseeker and Tireless Provisioner. Once Aerid enters, each cast or flicker produces additional mana rocks that fuel both spell velocity and artifact-count scaling. The midgame converts this artifact stockpile into lethal pressure through direct damage pingers such as Reckless Fireweaver and Ingenious Artillerist, token doublers like Second Harvest, or an overrun with Depthshaker Titan. Because Aerid creates mana tokens on both entrance and death, the engine retains high resilience against standard board wipes, quickly recovering from removal. While the deck lacks hard stax elements and dedicated infinite combos, its dense mana acceleration, high-impact creature threats, and scaling commander power allow it to close games efficiently around Turns 6 to 7.
