Rats Rats Everywhere by user1457196

Format: Commander

Commander: Vren, the Relentless

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vren, the Relentless is a token-aggro control commander who turns each opponent creature death into a Rat token. The deck pairs him with sacrifice effects and creature wipes to force those deaths, then uses Rat tribal lords and overrun effects to close the game. Secondary paths include Marrow-Gnawer / Lord Skitter as independent token generators and Ayara / Valley Rotcaller as drain. The double-faced cards are rooms and lands, not a hidden commander; no background or companion is present. With only Diabolic Intent as a tutor, most games rely on drawing the right mix of engine and payoff, supported by a large card-draw suite like Kindred Discovery, Phyrexian Arena, and Reconnaissance Mission.
