Deck overview

This mono-blue combo deck uses Urza, Lord High Artificer to convert every artifact into blue mana and provide an infinite mana outlet from the command zone. The primary game plan is to tutor for and assemble an infinite mana combination, such as Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal, Basalt Monolith with Rings of Brighthearth, or Grand Architect with Pili-Pala. Once infinite mana is established, Urza activates his ability to exile your entire library, casting Thassa's Oracle, Cyclonic Rift, or infinite Capsize loops with buyback to win immediately.
