Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius Artifact Aggro deck piloted by Tidus, Blitzball Star. The primary game plan revolves around playing cheap artifact mana accelerants and utility artifacts to rapidly build +1/+1 counters on Tidus, using his attack trigger to tap down key opposing blockers. The deck supplements commander damage with unblockable enablers like Manifold Key, Key to the Side-Door, and Whirler Rogue, while generating go-wide flying boards via Sai, Master Thopterist and Efficient Construction. Alternate threats such as Kappa Cannoneer and Metalwork Colossus offer robust backup beaters if Tidus is answered. The deck protects its engine using cheap countermagic, Swiftfoot Boots, and Lazotep Plating. Because it relies on sequential combat steps across multiple opponents without combo finishes, its clock gives opponents multiple turn cycles to find answers, though its low curve and dense interaction keep it resilient against midrange opposition.
